MMLJ LLC (hereinafter known as “Provider”, “us”, or “we”), currently owns and operates the website known as and (collectively referred to herein as the “Site”). To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used and what rights you have in relation to it. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information (PII) may be requested. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our Site. If you do not agree with any terms in this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the Site.


We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a secure online experience. Billing and personal information is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only to staff, agents, or contractors of the Provider.


This privacy statement applies to all Provider-owned websites, domains, and applications. This privacy statement covers PII, anonymous data collection and aggregate reporting. PII is any information that is associated with your name or personal identity. However, PII does not include any information you upload or publish to the Site and make publicly available to other users. If applicable, all users have the ability to control the privacy options for their accounts.


What We Collect

We collect personal information voluntarily provided by you during the registration and/or purchase process, when you participate in services on the Site, or otherwise contacting us. The types of personal information you provide to us may include, first and last name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, billing information, transaction and credit card information, and when applicable, username and password.


All payment data is stored by our payment processors, Payment Cloud Inc., and PayPal. We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy for Payment Cloud Inc. and/or PayPal and contact Payment Cloud Inc. and/or PayPal if you have questions regarding payment processing. When you browse the Site, you do so anonymously. We do log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which part of the Site you visit and how long you spend there, but we do not link your IP address to any personal information unless you have logged in to the Site. How We Use It

We may use your personal information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. We use the information we collect for the following business purposes:

We share and disclose your information with Payment Cloud Inc., and PayPal for payment, invoice, and billing purposes (the latter two when applicable).


When available, when you register, we will not share your information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed herein. It will only be used for the purposes stated above. We use personal information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, schedule transactions, complete orders, provide operational notices, keep records up to date to notify you via periodic emails of technical service issues, specials, or other related product/service information. If applicable, if we have processed your data based on your consent and you wish to revoke your consent, please contact us.


Keeping Your Personal Information

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by law. However, we will not keep your personal information for longer than one (1) year past the termination of your user account (when available). If we do not have a legitimate business reason to process your personal information, then we will delete, anonymize, or securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. We will also delete your personal information if you unsubscribe from the Site (when applicable).


Security Of Your Personal Information

We strictly protect the security of your personal information. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.  Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Data may be stored on off-site servers provided by third parties.


You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your username and password (if applicable), so do not share these with others.


We use SSL encryption when collecting and transferring sensitive data such as credit card and personal information. Credit card numbers are only used for processing payment and are not used for other purposes. Our efforts to protect credit card fraud help protect your finance data security.

The Site may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy data that you provide to any third parties. This Privacy Policy does not cover any data collected by a third party. WE are not responsible for the privacy and security practices of any third parties, including other websites that may be lined form this Site. When applicable, if you would like to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and any related personal information from our database upon your request. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our “Terms and Conditions” and/or comply with legal requirements. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as password and username, before granting access to your data.


Email Marketing

When applicable, you can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in emails that we send or by contacting us using the contact information provided below. We will remove your from the marketing emails, but we may still need to send you emails that are necessary for the administration of your account. You can also opt-out by selecting your preferences when registering for an account with the Site, or accessing your account settings and update preferences.


Use Of Cookies

The Site is not setup to track, collect, or distribute personal information. The Site does generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as number of hits and visits to the Site. This information is used for internal purposes only. The statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
